These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of any voucher issued by VinFast as part of its VinFirst campaign (“e-Voucher”). These Terms supplement the VinFast Terms of Use. In the event of a conflict between provisions set forth in these Terms and the VinFast Terms of Use, the provisions in these Terms shall take precedence.

An e-Voucher may be used by its owner beginning May 1, 2022 and will expire if not redeemed by midnight on December 31, 2023. In the event of a return of a vehicle purchase made using an e-Voucher, the value of the e-Voucher will be deducted from any refund amount that may be granted. Possession of an e-Voucher does not guarantee that a VinFast vehicle will be available for the e-Voucher holder to purchase.

An e-Voucher may only be used once and only towards the purchase of a new VinFast vehicle from VinFast and not for any other goods or services, including but not limited to a battery lease. Only one e-Voucher may be applied to a VinFast vehicle purchase. It is the e-Voucher owner’s responsibility to present the e-Voucher at the time of vehicle purchase.

E-Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, consolidated to a new e-voucher, or replaced after expiration. E-Vouchers are not legal tender, account cards, credit or debit cards or securities. Unused values will not be attributed to any transactions after the e-Voucher expiration date.

E-Vouchers cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

VinFast shall not be held responsible for the loss of any e-Vouchers or any losses or damages suffered by the bearer of an e-Voucher arising from or in connection with the loss or usage of an e-Voucher. E-Vouchers are for personal use only and accordingly, VinFast shall not be liable for any business losses, including loss of profits, business, revenue, goodwill, saving, or anticipated savings (whether direct or indirect). VinFast shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses howsoever caused.

VinFast reserves the right to cancel an e-Voucher if VinFast deems such action necessary. In such a case, VinFast may provide a replacement e-Voucher of equivalent value unless VinFast suspects fraud or bad faith actions in relation to the original we-Voucher.

If an e-Voucher is claimed in NFT form, the code form will be automatically deactivated. Once claimed, ownership of the e-Voucher NFT will have to be verified in order to obtain redemption.

By accepting an e-Voucher, you agree that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy.

VinFast shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform if such delay or failure is due to any cause or circumstances beyond VinFast’s reasonable control.
