What is the VinFriends Program? |
The VinFriends Program rewards eligible Vinfast owners who refer new customers who purchase eligible vehicles. |

Who can participate? |
Anyone over 18 who is not an employee of the company and a current Vinfast owner purchased through a VinFast Canadian Store. |

How does the referral process work? |
Give your code to your referral for them to provide to Vinfast, your referral makes a vehicle purchase and once verified you earn a referral reward. |

How do I obtain my Referral Code? |
You can receive your unique referral code from your Sales Advisor at any Vinfast Store. Call or visit your nearest store. |

Can I refer more than one VinFriend? |
Yes, but there is a maximum of 10 commission payouts per referrer. |

What if my VinFriend forgets my code? |
Purchases made without a referral code cannot be credited retroactively. |

When does my VinFriend provide my referral code? |
Your VinFriend code can be provided up until delivery. |

How are Referral Fees calculated? |
Referral fees are tiered by product and volume. VF 8 Referral Reward: $250. VF 9 Referral Reward: $350 |

How will I receive my reward? |
The reward will be provided upon signing a release and acknowledgment form in one of our showrooms |

Which products qualify for a referral fee? |
The purchase of a new VF 8 or VF 9 through a VinFast store are eligible |

No, self-referrals are not allowed. |

How long is this program for? |
VinFast referral program is currently running until December 31st, 2025. Referral Deliveries must occur before December 31st, 2025, to be eligible for a VinFriends reward. |

Is the VinFriend Program also available in the US or other Countries |
The VinFriends Referral Program is open to eligible participants across Canada, except residents of, or referrals resulting in vehicle deliveries within, the Province of British Columbia. |
